The same 4-cylinder, 16-valve 2.4-liter DOHC engine that
powered the Grand Vitara was found under the hood. The
revised 2393cc VVT motor, on the other hand, produced
176bhp and 23.4kgm of maximum torque, a marginal
improvement over the Vitara's power ratings. The Kizashi was
also equipped with a number of safety features, including ABS
with EBD, ESP, hill assist, pre-tensioner seat belts, engine
immobiliser, lane change indicators, dual front airbags, front
seat side airbags, and front and rear curtain airbags.
Maruti was well-versed in Indian road conditions, and the
suspension had been fine-tuned with ride quality in mind. The
Kizashi's trip was quite flat, making the cabin a pleasant place
to spend time. It absorbed all of the bumps and potholes
without causing much discomfort to the passenger. The Maruti
Kizashi was a car that made it impossible for anyone to believe
it was a Maruti product; it is a car that we adore and wish was
still available.
Concept of the month - Tata
Avinya
The Avinya will be 4.3 metres long, but the inside space will be
comparable to that of a 4.6-4.7 metre SUV like the Harrier. The
new electric skateboard architecture, which allows for a longer
wheelbase, would make it possible. The platform also has
enough room for a large battery pack, which will extend the
range of the electric vehicle. Avinya will feature a 200 mm
ground clearance, similar to Nexon EV.
While Avinya has piqued everyone's interest, few expected it to
make it to the assembly line. People were prompted to believe
this because of the concept's overwhelming flamboyance and
innovative design. Tata Motors has recently stated that Avinya
will be launched by 2025, much to everyone's astonishment. As
a result, it is one of India's most fascinating concept
automobiles, as well as our Concept of the Month. The Avinya will be 4.3 metres long, but the inside space will be
