Step Up 2: The Streets Two years after the success of "Step Up'', a sequel with a very similar format hit theaters. Despite sharing many elements with the first film, "Street Dance" has a renewed crew and plot. The plot goes like when Andie, a temperamental dancer, enters the Maryland School of the Arts, it is not easy for her to integrate into the group without losing her personality. So she decides to team up with Chase, the school's hottest dancer, to form a team of misfit classmates and train them to compete in an underground dance contest known as The Streets.
The intense street dance of the New York City subway is brought to life with the wonder of digital 3D in the third installment in the Step Up franchise as the raw, passionate culture goes global. A tight-knit group of street dancers, including Luke and Natali, meet rookie Moose, and together they take on the best hip-hop dancers in the world.
